1. Please be sure you are serious when placing a special order. Please be advised that we make every effort in good faith to complete your order to your specifications.
2. We require the quoted price plus shipping to be paid in advance prior to processing your order. We will request payment via email by secured invoice to be paid by credit card online through either of our payment processors.
3. Processing special orders may take 7-14 days prior to shipment depending upon the availablitiy of materials. However most orders are processed and shipped within 7 days of payment received.
4. A photo of the finished product will be supplied via email after the order has been processed and prior to shippment for approval.
